About e-Trustee
By signing up for e-Trustee and taking this assessment, existing and prospective Trustees/Directors/ Office Bearers will be well placed to objectively evaluate the level of governance, controls and the various key risk components facing the Body Corporate/Home Owners Association/Retirement Village/ Shareblock property in question. The tool allows for the evaluation of three properties.
Shortcomings and weaknesses in controls and processes can be identified and improvements can then made in a managed way by implementing appropriate effective controls, checks and balances.
The assessment content and guidelines can also be used as an effective educational tool for existing and prospective Directors/Trustees/Office Bearers and will assist in the undertaking of the role.
